The Incubateur HEC Paris is a customized and participatory startup support program. Since its establishment in 2007, the Incubateur HEC Paris has already supported over 400 companies, including Concord, Product-Live, Leetchi, Point Vision, Luko, and Garantme. Currently, the Incubateur HEC Paris supports 150 startups and offers 200 workstations at the heart of Station F in Paris.

I am delighted to be working with them as part of their product team on their internal platform that manages the ecosystem surrounding the Incubator.

The platform, called Rouage, serves as a centralized hub for all individuals involved in the Incubator ecosystem. it's main purpose is to support the incubated startups in their development journey by providing them with guidance and resources.

From switching the existing no-code to a fully product figma organization : design system & prototypes for every personae. We are gradually working on adding each processes as functionalities to the MVP and digitizing the structure of the incubator : Application selection, gamifying the profile, and more…

The goal is to streamline the work of the staff, while creating a truly qualitative and collaborative experience for startups, experts, and investors.
